Hey, I’m Roland. 👋
I'm an Art Director from Boston. Day-to-day you can find me developing ad campaigns, designing websites, optimizing app experiences, creating social content, pitching work to clients, working with print vendors to find the perfect color, in the studio with photographers to nail a shot or behind the camera myself to save my clients some money.
I’m currently working as Creative Director at Merryfield and it’s been an incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the CPG world. Getting to know the ins and outs of a small business and the direct effects of marketing has given a new appreciation for every marketing $1 and forced me to be a creative problem-solver at every turn.

Responsibilities
I was asked to participate in a Creative SWAT team under the direction of Ronald Ng, the Global Chief Creative Officer at Digitas LBi. This was a competition to come up with the best idea for any in-house client. I won and was invited to join Ronald at the 2015 London International Awards as 1 of 100 creative LIAsons. As a LIAson I was there to represent Digitas LBi, attend talks from the judges and get a behind the scenes look at the creative awards judging process. -

Virtudent
Responsibilities
This program allows young professionals in advertising to do pro bono work for a deserving local startup. Our client was Virtudent, a dental program that could reduce cost for consumers by providing dental cleaning in corporate offices. During this project I created corporate branding, a marketing campaign, a website and even appointment leave-behinds for consumers.
